Architected and scaled component-based design systems — React & Vue, design tokens, Storybook — adopted across several client portals, standardising UI and cutting new-surface build time.
Built a design-to-CMS pipeline: Figma MCP extracts design components and content, and Claude Code with custom agent skills generates Directus-ready JSON against a component prop matrix — removing manual transcription, so published content is structurally identical to what the frontend renders.
Designed a module-federation setup exposing the React design-system components inside the Vue-based Directus CMS, giving content editors accurate live previews before publishing.
Led performance and developer-experience improvements across design-system tooling; set component and code standards for engineering teams across distributed portal teams.
